About me.

I didn't plan the journey. I just never stopped moving forward.

Pakistan gave me my foundation. The United States gave me my education and my first real taste of what ambition looks like when it's given room to breathe. Dubai gave me fifteen years of building. And Australia, chosen deliberately for family, for lifestyle, for a different kind of life, became home in the truest sense. I've been here for over a decade now, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Four countries. More than fifty brands. Industries as different as advertising, telecoms, financial technology, software and professional services. Each move was a choice to start again somewhere unfamiliar. And each time, the challenge was the same: read the room quickly, earn trust early, and build something worth building.

Fifteen years in Dubai

Dubai was where I grew up professionally.

When I arrived, I was ambitious but unproven at scale. By the time I left, I had built and led a regional marketing agency generating tens of millions in revenue across multiple markets, managed teams drawn from across the globe, and sold to clients who had been burned before and needed real reasons to believe.

Dubai taught me that ambition isn't just a personality trait. It's a discipline. It sets a higher standard for what you'll accept from yourself. It keeps you learning when you could be coasting. It pushes you to build things that outlast the moment: teams, cultures, client relationships, commercial results that compound over time.

That city rewards boldness and punishes complacency. Fifteen years there will calibrate you in ways that are hard to explain and impossible to replicate.

Australia and the work that means most to me

I moved to Sydney for my family and stayed because it became ours. My wife, my two sons, a life I'm genuinely proud of.

Professionally, the move gave me something unexpected: perspective. Having worked across fifty-plus brands in markets as different as South Asia, the Gulf, and the United States, I arrived in Australia with a different kind of range: the ability to hold multiple ways of thinking at once, to read what the numbers said and what the culture implied, to see the assumption buried inside the strategy.

Alongside senior executive roles in commercial leadership and general management, I've spent years doing something that rarely makes it onto a senior CV: coaching. Lecturing at universities. Running executive programs. Mentoring professionals from graduates finding their footing to senior leaders navigating what comes next.

It is some of the most satisfying work I've done. Not because of any particular outcome. Because of the moment when someone sees something in themselves they hadn't seen before. That's what this work is really about.

What I've learned

Ambition, I've found, doesn't diminish with experience. It gets more precise. It shifts from wanting to prove something to wanting to build something; for your team, your organisation, the people coming up behind you.

Be direct. Be honest. Hold yourself to a standard you'd put your name on. Care visibly about the people around you.

Those things have held true in every country, every industry, and every room I've ever walked into.

Clients and brands I have worked with:

Audi, Harley-Davidson, Volkswagen, Skoda, Hyundai, Kia Motors, Citibank, Government of Dubai, Dubai Properties, Apple, ADIB, Omniyat Properties, Wasl Properties, Sentral, Global Payments, TPG Telecom, Vodafone, Lumify Group, CDA, Zespri, Dubai Tourism, Air Arabia, Singapore Airlines, Pirelli Tyres and Americana.
